Born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, Victor Rodriguez Balasquide, MD is a renowned plastic surgeon with over 25 years of experience. Dr. Rodriguez Balasquide has a fellowship in micro-surgical breast reconstruction from the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center of NY.

Dr. Rodriguez Balasquide's reputation has grown beyond his practice in Manati, Puerto Rico, and he currently accepts patients from all over the world. He is a regular expert contributor for television, radio,  periodicals and magazines.
